The overall objective of the TRANSTRAC initiative is to foster regional integration through trade and
transport corridors in the Southern Neighbourhood.
The purpose of the TA operation is to elaborate a comprehensive set of technical documentation at
feasibility study level for Dry Port of 10th of Ramadan, covering all related market, technical,
environmental/social, economic, financial and institutional aspects and support an investment
- At least a Master’s degree or academic equivalent in a relevant field of science (e.g. economics or business management); or a relevant Bachelor degree with at least 7 years of experience in ports logistics and port infrastructure and superstructure as well as intermodal transport;
- Minimum 10 years international experience (out of the country of permanent residence) in the field of transport economics and financial analysis related to logistics;
Relevant experience in elaborating economic and financial aspects of feasibility studies for logistic platforms (including port terminals) in similar projects (similar scope): proven contribution as key expert in preferably 5 projects in the last 10 years.
Relevant experience in assessing institutional and financing structures for logistic infrastructure (ports, dry-ports, terminals.): proven experience in preferably 3 projects in the last 10 years
