Marine and Coastal Engineer
- The National water supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has plannaed the development of collective wastewater management systems (WWMS) in the cities of Negombo, Galle-Uanwatuna, Kelaniya-Peliyagoda, Ratmalana-Moratuwa and JaEla-Ekala.
The WWMS shall include in each city the main follwoing infrastrcutures : (1) household connections ; (ii) sewerage collection network ; (iii) pumping stations and pumping mains ; (iv) WWTP, or as the case may be a Septage Treatment Plant ; (v) a Sea Outfall.
- Civil Engineer, graduate in Hydraulics, Hydraulics, hydraulics infrastructures, Sanitation or in a relavant field.
- High experience in oceanography : quality of ocean water, currentology, bathymetry measurements, modelling, environmental issues...
Experience in wastewater ocean outfall : pump station, corced main, diffuser, studies and work.
At least 3 experiences in SOF longer than 200 m with field experience. At least one experience in emerging / developing Countries
