Why do we need your consent to keep your personal data?

 To comply with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we need to obtain the explicit consent of any person concerned by the processing of their personal data by our Company.

 This data includes some items on your resume (for example, your name, address and qualifications) as well as the information collected through the forms that you fill online.

By submitting personal data on our Site, you entitle us to use these information on your behalf.

We strongly recommend that you do not share personal information that does not relate to your professional skills.

PMO is committed to uphold ethical professional standards and comply with the relevant legal provisions on the protection of personal data to avoid any risk of discrimination.

You agree to inform us as soon as possible of any changes of your personal data (address, contact details, mobility or more generally your situation) so that we keep your profile updated accordingly.

 

What are your rights?

In accordance with the regulations, you have a right of access, rectification, limitation, portability and suppression of your personal data.

If necessary and subject to legitimate and compelling reasons, you also have the right to object to the processing of these data. The data collected is stored for five years from our last contact and will be archived only for legal use.

 

Who will have access to the personal data we keep?

We only allow access to your data to our staff and we are likely to transmit relevant information to potential employers.

We also inform you that we will share your personal data if required by court order.

However, since the Internet is an open system, Prospective Management Overseas cannot guarantee the security of the information you submit to us and disclaims any responsibility for illegitimate or fraudulent use by an unauthorized third party.
