ReferencesSince 2009, some funding institutions (for instance the European Union) request employment certificates to be joined to the CV. These certificates should confirm your experiences. Consequently, it is important to be able to furnish these documents in time and prior to the deadline: Employer certificates: we recommend you to ask your employers after each mission a detailed certificate clearly explaining your mission, its duration and location. Copies of your diplomas: your diplomas are part of your CV in order to confirm your educational background. Names and coordinates of your referees for each project you worked on and especially the last 10 years of your experience. We recommend you to prepare an electronic file containing those different documents. |

VAT NumberSince January 1st 2010, every "self employed" Expert residing in one of the 27 E.U. countries and delivering services to a company also established in one of the 27 E.U. countries has to be registered with VAT registration office in his country of residence (unless there are special VAT rules depending of the country). You may address yourself to the VAT services of your country of residence for more information, or through their websites, to help you in the various steps to be undertaken. |
