ALBANIA -TRANSPORT -TL -M/F

Projet: The overall objective of this project is to bring Albania’s policies and legislation in line with the EU policies and the EU acquis, and to build administrative capacity to
implement sector policies and the adopted legislation fully and effectively.

We are looking for a Key expert 1: Team leader/Public Governance and Management expert (Minimum 500 working days).
Formation: University Degree (master equivalent) in: business or public administration, or economics, or engineering, or any other relevant fields.
Expérience: General professional experience
-Preferably 10 years but minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in transport field is required;
-At least 2 previous experiences, each of minimum 2 years duration in the field of project management, with a demonstrable record of managing a team of minimum three persons and reform implementation.

Specific professional experience
-Preferably 10 but minimum 7 years of experience in public governance and management in the road sub-sector;
-Experience in minimum 2 international assignments in public services management and capacity building;
-At least 5 years of experience in the field of road safety.
