Kazakhstan sustainable economic development Junior Expert M/F

Projet: For our client we are looking for a Sustainable economic development expert for a project in Kazhakstan called "Cooperation and Facility Framework Contract 2023"
Formation: A university degree in political science, international relations, economics, infrastructure, agriculture, energy, or other relevant for the position field, or in its absence an equivalent bachelor degree having additional 2 years above the minimum 3 years of the general experience defined below
Expérience: - demonstrated experience of working in the area of economic development, with at least 3 years of practical experience over the last 7 years
- at least 3 years of professional experience in implementing international cooperation programmes
- at least 2 years of experience with organisation of capacity building activities including, i.e. international conferences, workshops, and trainings.
- knowledge of EU contracting and reporting rules would be an asset
- experience of working in Kazakhstan and/or in Central Asia would be an asset
