SERBIA - RAMS Senior Expert -M/F

Projet: The overoll objective of this project is to contribute to EU integration of the Republic of Serbia with the implementation of the international best practices and EU standards in order to promote socio-economic development.

We are looking for a Key Expert 2 – Road asset management systems expert - (minimum 440 man-days input)
Formation: A level of education which corresponds to completed Master degree studies awarded following minimum 4 years curricula in the field of economics or engineering;
Expérience: General Experience
-Post-graduate professional experience of at least 7 years in the field of road asset management in the transport sector and transport economics.

Specific Experience
-Experience in developing and/or implementing the road asset management systems in at least two (2) projects funded by the EU, EU MS budget, EU MS development bank or from a multilateral IFIs;
-Experience in performing economic appraisals on at least two (2) road transport sector reform related projects funded by the EU or IFIs;
