Projet: Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board - Sri Lanka

A knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) have been approved to strengthen the institutional capacity of Sri Lanka’s National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB).1 The TA will enhance NWSDB’s financial sustainability and operational efficiency and increase its capacity for environmental and social safeguards, climate change and disaster risk management, and gender equality and social inclusion (GESI)
Formation: Team Leader

Master’s degree in Engineering/ Management/ Law/ Business Administration or equivalent, including a professional Qualification (Corporate Membership) from a reputed organization.
Expérience: 20 years’ experience in diagnostics, assessments, and development and implementation of institutional and organizational reforms out of which at least 10 years in Water sector related industries/ organization of similar capacity
