TIMOR LESTE- Mechanical Engineer- m/f

Projet: We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support the following project "The Project Supervision Consultant (PSC) for the Baucau Municipal Capital Water & Sanitation Project.” Timor Leste
Formation: The expert shall have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Expérience: The candidate shall have a minumum of 13 years of total professional experience and has been proven successful in supervising the installation of Electro-mechanical, instrumentation, and control, including SCADA and testing of pumping stations with controls. Experience in testing, optimizing, monitoring, O&M, minimum inventory maintenance of M&E equipment, and training. Registration with a professional institution and relevant training will be considered an advantage.
The expert has completed at least 5 (five) similar (relevant) urban water & sanitation assignments in a similar position. The expert has at least six years of experience in the Asia Pacific Region.
Work experience in Timor-Leste and knowledge of administrative systems and government organization is an advantage
