TIMOR LESTE - Quality Engineer - Civil Engineer - m/f

Projet: "The Project Supervision Consultant (PSC) for the Baucau Municipal Capital Water & Sanitation Project."

The Objective is to increase access to safely managed drinking water and sanitation services in the municipal capital of Baucau
Formation: An engineer having a bachelor"s degree in Civil or Water Engineering
Expérience: At least 13 (thirteen) years of total professional experience specializing in the design, construction, and testing of material/construction quality of various components of the water system (water intake, pumping stations, sizeable concrete reservoir, and underground pipe network and asphalt reinstatement).
Experience in verifying the quality of materials, adequacy, sampling procedures, tests, analysis of laboratory testing results, and feedback to the contractor.
Registration with a professional institution and relevant training will be considered an advantage.
The expert has completed at least 5 (five) similar (relevant) urban water & sanitation assignments in a similar position.
The expert has at least six years of experience in the Asia Pacific Region.
Work experience in Timor-Leste and knowledge of administrative systems and government organizations is an advantage.
