Projet: "The Project Supervision Consultant (PSC) for the Baucau Municipal Capital Water & Sanitation Project.”
Formation: A Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree in social science or relevant fields.
Expérience: The candidate shiuld have 13 years of total professional experience in supervision of social issues, such as compensation and resettlement issues, community consultation, GRM, also labor and GBV/SEA-related issues in infrastructure projects.

The candidate should have relevant experience working on social and community-related matters and capacity building. Registration with a professional institution and appropriate training will be considered an advantage. The expert has completed at least 5 (five) similar (relevant) urban water & sanitation assignments in the similar position. The expert has at least six years of experience in the Asia Pacific Region
