Uzbekistan Project Manager m/f

Projet: Support to the implementation and coordination within the framework of the National Policy Dialogue of two projects in the Water and Sanitation Sector in Uzbekistan
Formation: Master degree (Project management, Economics or other)

Fluency in English at the minimum. A command of French is recommended, a command of Uzbek and/or Russian would be an considerable advantage
Expérience: Within a multidisciplinary team, ensure the close monitoring of the implementation of the Sanitation Development Project and the Drinking Water Program

- Preferably 10 years of relevant professional experience in public infrastructure sectors such as water and sanitation and/or waste management, and in project management (studies, procurement, supervision of works)
- Proven experience in public procurement and monitoring the performance of these contracts in developing and emerging countries
- Professional experience or knowledge of the operations of an international financial
- Ability to carry out technical and sectoral analysis of projects (consistency with public
policies, analysis of needs and challenges, technical and financial feasibility of an investment);
- Ability to coordinate a network of external and internal actors within a multidisciplinary project team, to advance the project preparation and implementation;
