ALBANIA - DTL - ROAD SAFETY MANAGER M/F

Project: The overall objective of this project is to bring Albania’s policies and legislation in line with the EU policies and the EU acquis, and to build administrative capacity to
implement sector policies and the adopted legislation fully and effectively.

We are looking for a Key expert 2: Deputy Team leader/Road Safety Management expert (Minimum 480 working days).
Education required: University Degree (master equivalent) in: engineering, or economics, or any relevant fields
Experience required: General professional experience
- Preferably 10 years but minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in road sector is required

Specific professional experience
- Preferably 8 but minimum 5 years of experience of work in the field of road safety
- Experience in minimum 2 international assignments related to road safety strategy preparation/implementation
- Previous experience with policy and legal approximation, relevant EU legislation and other international requirements related to the road safety
- Experience working with and/or for the public sector
