The municipal engineer / Renewable energy specialist is part of the team of municipal engineers that will support the team leader and deputy team leader to achieve all tasks related to civil engineering, district heating, solid waste management, urban roads, communication networks, and low-carbon development. They will work together the water and wastewater specialists, and climate and disaster risk management specialists to lead the technical design, feasibility, and due diligence for the proposed infrastructure and facilities.
Education required
Master's degree in civil engineering, energy engineering, electric engineering, environmental engineering or related discipline.
Experience required
Municipal engineers consist of a group of specialists including civil engineers, renewable energy specialists, district heating specialists, transport specialists, communication networks specialists, and solid waste management specialists.

The international municipal engineer and specialist in Renewable energy should have at least10 years of experience in infrastructure design in developing countries. Experience in low-carbon development and project experience in BIM.
