Poland-Intermodal transport-Financial and Economic Expert
- Intermodal transport - analysis of optimal investment incentive measures, incl. estimation of financial requirements
The main purpose will be to enhance the national institutional capacity in Poland for the programming of EU interventions in intermodal transport for 2021-2027 financial perspective, mainly under operational program European Funds for Climate, Infrastructure and Environment
- Education required
- The candidate for the position of Key expert III shall be able to prove essential experience in dealing with the financial and economic aspects of the infrastructure investment projects, including in the transport sector, especially with the element of state aid. Variety of experience (number of assignments), nature of involvement (including various types of financing – equity, debt and of grant nature), different geographical locations, with specific focus on Central/ Eastern Europe, overall transport sector knowledge will be considered in the evaluation of the proposed expert.
- Experience required
Education at least Master’s Degree or academic equivalent in the finance and/or economics fields.
General professional experience:
10 years of professional experience in a field relevant for the Assignment (Minimum requirement).
Specific professional experience:
Preferably 6 years of experience (or more) in financial and economic evaluation of investment projects, including some in transport infrastructure/ intermodal transport projects.
