SERBIA -SLA EXPERT -M/F

Project: The objective of this project is to contribute to EU integration of the Republic of Serbia with the implementation of the international best practices and EU standards in order to promote socio-economic development.

We are looking for a Key Expert 3 - Service Level Agreements expert - (minimum 300 man-days input)
Education required: A level of education which corresponds to completed Master degree studies awarded following minimum 4 years curricula in the field of economics or law;
Experience required: General Experience
-Post-graduate professional experience of at least 7 years in the field of legal and/or contractual matters in transport sector;

Specific Experience
-Experience in developing and/or implementing the Service Level Agreements in the road sector in at least one (1) project funded by the EU, EU MS budget, EU MS development bank or from a multilateral IFIs;
-Experience in performing legal and/or economic due-diligence or appraisal on at least one (1) road transport sector reform related project funded by the EU or IFIs;
