Project
Asset Management Capacity Building for the Seychelles Water and Sanitation Project.

The objective of this project is helping meet short and long-term capability gaps in PUC resources and supporting climate action and adaptation aspects of the project
Education required
At least a Master’s degree in engineering or business management or academic equivalent
Fluency in English spoken and written (level C1 or equivalent)
Experience required
General professional experience
-Minimum 15 years of professional experience in water utility-specific projects in any role of similar scope as the current Assignment

Specific professional experience
-Minimum 2 references in project management of services contracts funded by International Finance Institutions;
-Minimum 2 references in services including organisation and management of public utility business;
-Minimum 2 references in services including asset management survey, documentation and review techniques;
-Minimum 2 references in services including preparation of operating procedures within a quality management framework.
