Project
The assignment will contribute to the achievement of Output 1 – Secure and safe urban water supplies; and Output 2 – Effective, efficient and safe urban sanitation services; of the UWSSSP.
Education required
As Utility Asset Management Specialist. The Team Leader / Utility Asset Management
Specialist will have a degree in engineering or project management
Experience required
The Team Leader / Utility Asset Management Specialist will have a degree in engineering or project management and have at least 15
years demonstrated experience in planning, designing and implementing water and sewer utility capital works and operations and maintenance programs.
Knowledge of ADB procurement and reporting procedures and small developing nation experience is essential.

The Team Leader / Utility Asset Management Specialist must have at 10 years demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and will be
responsible for ensuring satisfactory performance of the consultant team.
