SRI LANKA - Asset Management Specialist - m/f

Project: Sri Lanka Asset Management of Water Utilities/Institutional Capacity
Education required: Master's degree in accounting, finance, public financial management, or equivalent.
Experience required: Requirements:

(i) 15 years of experience in asset management, in the public and/or the private sector; experience with working in the water utility sector is preferable, (ii) excellent understanding of Government of Sri Lanka's asset management standards and procedures, International Standards on asset management (ISO 55000) and best industry practices with regards to asset management in the water sector, (iii) extensive experience in evaluating and implementing asset management systems) and introducing/facilitating reforms and improvements to an organization's existing asset management systems and practices and delivering training.
