The overall objective of the Assignment is to assist the Department of Transport of the Irish Government with the development of a comprehensive financing strategy for the implementation of the national EVC network, focusing on the "en-route", national road network (including TENT-T roads) EVC infrastructure - Education required
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Environmental sciences, Finance, Business Studies, Science or
another field relevant to the Assignment (minimum requirement) - Experience required
- -General professional experience:
At least 10 years of professional experience in the transport / mobility finance sector (minimum requirement)
-Specific professional experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience in leading economic/financial analysis of transport infrastructure projects / programmes (minimum requirement).
Specific knowledge and experience in evaluating business, economic and financial aspects of alternative fuel / EVC infrastructure projects, as demonstrated by at least 2 projects (minimum requirement).
Previous experience related to financing alternative mobility and e-mobility infrastructure projects / programmes as demonstrated by at least 1 project (minimum requirement)
Experience in providing advice on EU programs with particular focus on implementation of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Transport funding instrument (advantage).
Experience in financial advisory for private or public sector clients seeking financing for investments in alternative mobility and/or e-mobility projects (advantage).
Specific knowledge and experience of corporate finance advisory projects, financial due diligence, financial modelling, infrastructure financing, financial restructuring, PPP design or implementation (advantage). - Contact
