- Intermodal transport - analysis of optimal investment incentive measures, incl. estimation of financial requirements
The main purpose will be to enhance the national institutional capacity in Poland for the programming of EU interventions in intermodal transport for 2021-2027 financial perspective, mainly under operational program European Funds for Climate, Infrastructure and Environment

- State Aid Expert (Category II)
The candidate proposed for the position of Key expert II shall be able to prove essential experience in dealing with the state aid issues in the transport sector projects within the EU. Variety of experience (number of assignments), nature of involvement (including the side of engagement – on either authorities or individual beneficiary side (if possible)), different geographical locations, with specific focus on Central/ Eastern Europe, overall transport sector knowledge will be considered in the evaluation of the proposed expert.
- Experience required
Education at least Master’s Degree or academic equivalent in law studies (Minimum requirement).
Post graduate studies/ essential trainings in state aid law will be considered an advantage.
General professional experience:
10 years of professional experience in a field relevant for the Assignment (Minimum requirement).
Specific professional experience:
Preferably 6 years (or more) of experience in the state aid field, including some in transport sector.
