ARMENIA - Procurement expert - m/f

Projet: Communal Infrastructure Programme II - Phase 3

The overall objective of the Consultant’s assignment is to provide expertise in engineering, planning and design, procurement of works and supplies and general implementation supervision while respecting the timeline and the planned budget to the PEA to ensure an effective preparation and implementation of the programme.

We are looking for a Non Key Tender/Procurement expert. The input would be 2 - 3 MM during the design phase (9 months), about 50 % from home.
Formation: MSc. or BSc. degree in the relevant field;
Expérience: At least 5 years of international professional experience in the relevant fields;
-Sound experience of at least 4 projects in water supply of similar nature.
-sound previous experience with Kfw is a must
- Good command of English;
- Local and regional experience;
- previous working experience with SAFEGE would be advantage
