Bangladesh - Crash Database & Systems Specialist - m/f

Projet: ROADS AND HIGHWAYS DEPARTMENT (RHD) BANGLADESH ROAD SAFETY PROJECT
Formation: Graduation in Civil/Mechanical/Transport Engineering/Statistics/Applied Mathematics/IT with thorough knowledge of IT/Computer Software, plus other specialist high-level qualifications relevant to Road Safety
Expérience: An IT specialist with about 10 years of experience in data management or quantitative analysis related to transportation, public policy, especially with road crash information systems including user friendly interfaces (such as Microsoft Windows), relational/SQL type databases, GIS development, data management server, cloud computing platforms and web-enabled environments.

Experience with training of system users is essential. Experience with crash databases in developed, developing and transitional countries is desirable. Basic exposure of computer programming in multiple languages is required.
Preferably international experience – 5 years in crash database system development.

Minimum overall professional experience: 15 years
