Bangladesh - ITS Specialist - m/f

Projet: ROADS AND HIGHWAYS DEPARTMENT (RHD) BANGLADESH ROAD SAFETY PROJECT
Formation: Graduate in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or the equivalent
Expérience: Preferably 8 years of experience in ITS project implementation and management for highway agencies. Preferably 2 years of experience in Urban ITS project implementation/management. Shall be fully knowledgeable in current IT hardware and software matters as well as ICT communications/connectivity matters, particularly as relevant to technical and business information management requirements in the public-sector context in LMICs. He shall have extensive professional experience (at least 10 years) and adequate professional skill in the implementation, operation and management of IT and ICT assets and facilities and in the facilitation of IT-based activity monitoring systems for program management purposes, preferably in public sector contexts. He shall have completed at least 2 major similar projects related to IT-ICT-MIS integration and related capacity development in government or public sector.
Preferably international experience – 5 years in ITS implementation and management for highway agencies.
