Projet: Electric vehicles charging infrastructure - Ireland

The overall objective of the Assignment is to assist the Department of Transport of the Irish Government with the development of a comprehensive financing strategy for the implementation of the national EVC network, focusing on the "en-route", national road network (including TENT-T roads) EVC infrastructure
Formation: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Environmental sciences, Finance, Business Studies, Science or another field relevant to
the Assignment (minimum requirement)
Expérience: -General professional experience:
At least 10 years of professional experience in banking, corporate finance, PPP/project finance advisory and/or equity investment (minimum requirement)

-Specific professional experience:
At least 5 years of public sector advisory or delivery experience on PPP projects and/or concessions (minimum requirement).
Specific knowledge and experience designing, implementing or advising on EVC concessions, as demonstrated by at least 1 project (advantage).
Experience in advising on financing alternative mobility and e-mobility infrastructure projects / programmes (advantage).
Experience in advisory engagements for public authorities in Ireland in the context of public investment programmes, as evidenced by at least 1 project (advantage).
