- The aim is to supervise works contracts in the field of water, waste, roads, environment or energy in Romania.
You ensure that the studies and design elaborated by the Contractor have been verified.
You ensure that its activities are managed effectively in accordance with the terms of the contract, with a particular focus on key personnel mobilization, deadlines and budgets.
You maintain a close cooperation with the Beneficiary, informing him of matters relating to the progress of works and, in particular, of any problem which may affect the cost or progress of the works.
You cooperate with the Project Management Unit (PIU) within Primaria Bucuresti and with CMTB (Thermal Energy Services Operator).
You fulfill the duties of the supervisor, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in the preconstruction and construction phase, during the reception period at the end of the works, during the warranty period and during the completion of the works contracts. - Formation
- You have a technical higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Expérience
- You have minimum 5 years of general professional experience.
You have specific resident engineer experience either in supervision of works project/contract for the construction/rehabilitation/extension of district heating networks or supervision of Works project/contract for the construction/rehabilitation/extension of water & wastewater networks.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are rigorous, well organised and team player.
You are able to meet the deadlines for reports.
