TIMOR LESTE - financial specialist - m/f

Projet: We are looking for a Financial specialist for The Project Supervision Consultant (PSC) for the Baucau Municipal Capital Water & Sanitation Project, Timor Leste.
Formation: The expert shall have a bachelors degree, preferably a master degree, either in finance, business management, economics or accounting, or a related field
Expérience: At least 13 years of extensive experience in preparing financial analysis/sustainability of water utilities, tariff setting, and capacity building. Relevant training will be considered an advantage. The expert has completed at least 5 (five) similar (relevant) urban water & sanitation assignments in a similar position.
The expert has at least six years of experience in the Asia Pacific Region. Work experience in Timor-Leste and knowledge of administrative systems and government organizations is an advantage.
